smile to cover the pain

a smile on the outside,
tears fill my innards,
joy comes from my lips,
pain fills my heart.
I act like its ok,
but hurt everyday,
i never show it,
no one suspects,
how can i smile,
but so deeply regret,
i still laugh,
though my love is gone,
I still daydream,
though my hope is gone,
i can move forward,
my life ends here,
I can smile,
even though i fear.
